You've heard of good for nothing... this is good for everything. The little chunks of roasted garlic in the bottle with other herbs make and fantastic application for so much. It would goes well, mixing it with ground beef for burgers, add it to pork... maybe a pork roast or a rolling out a loin and mixing it with some cream cheese and then rolling it back up. You could make a great aioli with it. The possibilities are endless. You just open the bottle and the garlic smell pours out and into your nose. It's great... and as secondary application... no vampires.

For the first 9 years of our marriage my wife's family always insisted on her grandma making the holiday turkey. Two years ago I requested to smoke one with my new smoker. I used this rub and it turned out fantastic! Ever since I am now requested to make the turkey for every get together we have. Which also means I have to spend less time in the house with them. It's a win win situation.
