Who can resist a good slow smoked rack of beef ribs? This delicious slow smoked rack of beef will melt in your mouth with incredible flavor of herbs & smoke bath.
INGREDIENTS:
- Holy Smokers Wild Game Steak™
- Olive Oil
- Spray Butter/Beef Broth
- Limes (optional)
- Beef Back Ribs
COOKING STEPS
- 1. Rub the ribs down on all sides with olive oil.
- 2. Liberally apply Holy Smokers Wild Game Steak to all sides of ribs letting it sit at room temp for roughly 20 minutes.
- 3. Set Smoker/Grill temp to 225 for low smoke/grill & light Smoke tube if desired.
- 4. Place Beef rib(s) bone side down on smoker/grill.
- 5. Spritz down with either Spray Butter or Beef Broth every 45 minutes liberally.
- 6. Continue to smoke/grill for 2-2.5 hours or until tender.
- 7. Pull off smoker/grill and let sit for 7-10 minutes and squeezing lime juice over the top. Dig in and enjoy!
