I never need an excuse for Cajun/Creole food other than I'm hungry. This Rajun Cajun rub really brings things to a new level. I smoked wings for the Super Bowl and new with it being in New Orleans, I HAD to go with the Rajun Cajun. I was not disappointed. Spicy flair of this rub blended nicely with smoke. Then I made wing sauce and added about a tablespoon of this along w/ a stick of butter, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. The state of my belly turned out better than the game. I'll be making some jambalaya soon and you better believe this is going into the pot with the andouille and chicken.
