  2. **Apply the Binder:** Rub the pork ribs with olive oil to create a binding layer.
  3. **Season Generously:** Liberally season the ribs with HSRCO Nutty Honey Pecan  sweet & savory rub. Allow them to sit for at least 20 minutes or refrigerate overnight for maximum flavor.
  4. **Preheat Smoker/Grill:** Start the smoker/grill & set it to 225 degrees using Pecan Wood. Once ready, place the pork ribs on the smoker/grill bone side down.
  5. **Initial Smoking:** Smoke for 3 hours for a rich smoky flavor. Spritz every hour with apple juice or liquid of choice.
  6. **Foil Wrap:** After 3 hours, wrap the ribs in aluminum foil for 1 hour, placing them bone side up. Add in a layer of brown sugar, butter & brown sugar topped with honey, and continue smoking for an additional hour.
  7. **Final Basting:** Unwrap the ribs and place them bone side down. Baste with your favorite BBQ sauce for an additional 30 minutes to an hour. Looking for a nice pull back from the bone edge.
  8. **Rest and Enjoy:** Take the ribs off the smoker/grill, let them rest for a few minutes, and then savor the deliciousness!
