Ingredients:

- HSRCo Nutty Honey Pecan Sweet BBQ Rub

- 1-2 blocks of Cream Cheese

- Chopped Bacon

- Ritz Crackers

Optional:

- Jalapeño Pepper Jelly  

- Honey + Smoked Chopped Pecans  

Steps:

  1. Score a block of cream cheese diagonally to create a diamond pattern, then coat generously with Holy Smokers' Nutty Honey Pecan Rub.
  2. Smoke for 2 hours at 250°F, using a maple-bourbon-pecan wood for added flavor.
  3. After smoking, top with 3 tablespoons of jalapeño pepper jelly and 1/2 cup of crumbled bacon for a perfect balance of smoky, sweet, and spicy.
  4. Smoke it for an additional 30 minutes to heat up the jelly.
  5. Lastly, take your Ritz crackers and enjoy!
