Ingredients:

- Holy Smokers Ultimate Steak

- 1 Pound Lean Ground Beef

- 1 Red Onion

- 1 Green Bell Pepper

- 1/4 cup steak sauce

- 1 Cup Beef Broth

- Sweet Hawaiian Buns

- Provolone Cheese or Cheddar

Steps:

- On a skillet, grace it with olive oil, chopped onions, & chopped green pepper. Let this trio sweat on medium heat until the onion glistens.
