INGREDIENTS:

- Holy Smokers Holy Heifer

- Olive Oil Spray

- Mixing Bowl

- Ruffles or off brand ripple potato chips.

- Baking sheet

Optional:

Ranch Dipping Sauce under the steps (----)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat the smoker to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Take half a bag of rippled potato chips and place them in a mixing bowl. Gently coat the chips with olive oil, ensuring an even coating on all sides.
  3. Lightly season all sides of the chips with Holy Heifer.
  4. Arrange the seasoned chips on a smoker safe baking pan.
  5. Allow the chips to bask in a heavenly smoke bath for a maximum of 15-20 minutes.
