Sweet & Heat Baby Back Pork Ribs

Ingredients:

Holy Smokers Bacon

Hog Dust The Rooster Spicy Chipotle

Foil or Butchers Paper

1 Rack of Baby Back Ribs

Favorite BBQ sauce (ours is Country Bobs Hickory Brown Sugar)

Cherry Pepsi or apple juice to spritz

Yellow Mustard

Easy to make baby pork ribs

How to make it:

  1. Remove silverskin membrane on back of pork ribs (using a napkin & butter knife by working the knife underneath. Use the napkin to get a firm grip to tear off the membrane).

  2. Rub down the pork ribs with mustard as a binder.

  3. Liberally season with Holy Smokers Bacon Hog Dust & The Rooster Spicy Chipotle,

  1. Let sit for at least 20 minutes or all night in fridge for maximum flavor.

  2. Start smoker/grill and set to 225 degrees. When grill is ready, lay the pork ribs on the smoker/grill bone side down.

  3. Smoke for 3 Hours for a more smokey flavor, spritz every hour with Cherry Pepsi.

  4. After 3 hours, wrap in aluminum foil placing bone side up for an additional hour.

  1. After the hour is up, take out of aluminum foil and place bone side down and baste with your favorite bbq sauce for an additional 30 minutes to an hour.

  2. Take off and rest for a few minutes. Enjoy!
