Ingredients:

- 4-6 Cups Shredded Brisket Cut

- BBQ Sauce of Choice

- HSRC Brisket Rub & Holy Heifer for the initial Brisket Smoke

- 1 Can Whole Corn Kernel

- 2-3 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese (or Colby Jack, etc.)

- 1/2 Cup Chopped Red Onion

- 1/2 Cup Pico de Gallo or Salsa

- 1/3 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro

- 1/4 Cup Sour Cream

- Aluminum Foil 6x9 Personal Pan Trays or one large tray

  1. Prep the Smoker: Preheat your smoker to a toasty 375°F.
  1. Prep the Meat: Take your shredded brisket & give it a light toss with some savory BBQ sauce.
  1. Assemble the Nachos: Arrange a layer of crispy tortilla chips in your 6x9 aluminum tray or in rustic cast iron skillets. Generously top the chips with tender shredded brisket, whole corn kernel, and plenty of shredded cheese of your choice. Then, drizzle over the top with your favorite BBQ sauce.
