I got this a few weeks ago and was looking for a good reason to use it. I don't smoke briskets that often, so I found an alternative. I used the Brisket Rub on tri tip last weekend and it was so good. I got some post oak chunks for my ceramic cooker, took to an internal temp of about 110, removed it, turned up the heat and finished with the sear. It got to nice med-rare. The combination of the brisket rub along w/ the post oak smoke was a great combination for a fantastic flavor. Can we say MOUTHWATERING? Do YOURSELF a favor. Try it out on your next cook.

Love this brisket blend. Great balance of SPG with some Smokey flavor. Used this on steaks, pork butt and brisket. The flavor overall is a banger!!
