INGREDIENTS:
- Holy Smokers Forbidden Fruit Apple Chipotle.
- Apple juice to spritz
- Olive Oil
- 3 lb pork loin
STEPS
- Rub down the pork loin with olive oil as a binder.
- Liberally season with Holy Smokers Forbidden Fruit Apple Chipotle. Lightly Coat in AP for a more Salty base.
- Let sit for at least 20 minutes or all night in fridge for maximum flavor.
- Start smoker/grill and set to 225 degrees. When grill is ready, lay the pork loin on the smoker/grill. Smoke for 30 minutes for more smokey flavor.
- Spritz after 30 minutes with Apple Juice.
- After 30 minutes, crank smoker/grill up to 350 degrees until recommended FDA approved internal of 144 degrees for pork. Spritz again at end...
