The Apple Chipotle Rub provides a great flavor profile to both pork and chicken, particularly when combined other apple dishes. Recently, I roasted pork tenderloin on my ceramic cooker with coating of this rub. I spritzed some apple cider during the cook and the tenderloin came out moist and delicious. The wife added some fried apples and I drizzled some of that syrup over the pork. It was so good. This rub, like most of the others provides a great base for your proteins and compliments your side dishes so well. And since we're in the fall, apples are always a must. Be sure to pick some up!
