This wood fired smoked Roasted Garlic & Herb beef cut will wow your family. This protein is infused with a garlic/herb flavor and topped with a citrus twist. Even Heaven will approve.

Ingredients:
- - Binder: Olive Oil
- - Roasted Garlic/Herb
- - Butter
- - HSRC "Ultimate Steak
- - 8-10lb Bone-in Prime
- - Ribeye Roast
- - Limes (optional)
Steps:
1. Rub the steak down on all sides with olive oil or Garlic/Herb Butter or inject butter into the roast.
2. Liberally apply Holy Smokers Ultimate Steak to all sides of steak letting it sit at room temp for roughly 20 minutes to an hour.
3. Set Smoker/Grill temp to 215-225 for low smoke/grill. Place roast on rack above a baking sheet.
4. Pull off steak once internal hits 115 and kick up the smoker/grill to 400 degrees.
5. Once the grill is at 400 degrees, place ribeye roast back on with a 1/2 TBS of butter to absorb into the beef.
6. Sear until you reach the desired internal temperature. Pull off the beef at 130 degrees F for rare, 135 degrees F for medium rare, or 140 degrees F for medium.
7. Pull off the smoker/grill and let sit for 15-20 minutes and squeeze lime juice over the top.
