- Beef tallow, for browning the ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Holy Smokers Brisket Rub
- 1 (10-ounce) can Rotel
- 2 (15.5-ounce) cans chili mild beans
- 3 (15.5-ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (46-ounce) can tomato juice
- 1 (15-ounce) can full kernel corn, drained
- 1 packet chili mild seasoning
- 1 yellow or sweet onion, diced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
- Smoker-safe pot
Cooking instructions:
- Begin this culinary adventure by placing a generously sized Dutch oven or cast-iron pot on your stovetop, warming it to medium heat. Gently anoint this vessel with a drizzle of olive oil and add 1 TBS of Beef Tallow.
