Ingredients:

1.5 LB Smoked Pulled Pork

1.5 LB Ground Beef Beef Tallow for ground beef

1 clove garlic minced

HSRC Hickory Bacon Burger Rub

1 10oz Can Rotel

2 Cans Black Beans

3 15.5oz Cans Chili Mild Beans

1 28oz Can Diced Tomatoes

1 46oz Canned Tomato Juice

1 Chili Mild Seasoning packets

1 yellow or sweet onion diced                                                                                       

1 medium green bell pepper diced

  1. Begin this culinary adventure by placing a generously sized Dutch oven or cast-iron pot on your stovetop, warming it to medium heat. Gently anoint this vessel with a drizzle of olive oil and add 1 TBS of Beef Tallow.
  1. As the Kitchen comes alive, introduce the ground beef to be gently browned, and seasoned to perfection with our Holy Smokers Hickory Bacon Burger Rub.
  1. Now, bring the ensemble together by adding the diced onions & bell peppers, letting them sautee in the pot for 5-6 minutes until the peppers soften and the onions reach a semi-translucent state. Then add the minced garlic to the melody for another 1-2 minutes.
