Basic Info:
Prep time: 15 min. Cook time: 1-1.5hrs. Difficulty: 3 of 5. Serves: 5-8. Wood Type: Apple or Hickory
Ingredients:
- Holy Smokers Forbidden Fruit Apple Chipotle.
- Apple juice to spritz
- Olive Oil
- 3 lb pork loin
Steps:
1. Rub down the pork loin with olive oil as a binder.
2. Liberally season with Holy Smokers Forbidden Fruit Apple Chipotle. Lightly Coat in AP for a more Salty base.
3. Let sit for at least 20 minutes or all night in fridge for maximum flavor.
4. Start smoker/grill and set to 225 degrees. When grill is ready, lay the pork loin on the smoker/grill. Smoke for 30 minutes for more smokey flavor.
5. Spritz after 30 minutes with Apple Juice.
6. After 30 minutes, crank smoker/grill up to 350 until recommended FDA approved internal of 144 degrees for pork. Spritz again at end.
7. Pull off & let it sit for 10-15 min.
