I threw this rub on a tri-tip and baked it in the oven—not even the grill—and it still tasted like I stole it from a BBQ competition. Juicy, smoky, flavorful perfection. This rub is so good and so versatile. It can stand alone or combine it with other seasonings to add additional depth of flavor. I've used it on pork and beef both and MAYBE I'll be using it smoke a pineapple soon. There are so many great BBQ rubs on the market today and the All-Purpose powerhouse will go head-to-head against any of them. Do yourself a favor and try it.
