I can't say enough good things about this balanced, flavorful rub mix. The chunks of garlic, the full flavors all make for great cooking whether you put it on your bird, in your meatloaf... heck, sprinkle it on your salad. It's good. It also adds some texture with those chunks of garlic, too. Do yourself a favor and order it. It doesn't what it goes on, even shoe leather. It's good.
