Ingredients:
- Olive Oil
- 3-5 LB Tri Tip Butter
- Holy Smokers Ultimate Steak or Spicy Steak
- Limes (optional)
Steps:
1. Rub the beef cut down on all sides with olive oil.
2. Liberally apply Holy Smokers Ultimate Steak to all sides of Tri Tip letting it sit at room temp for roughly 20 minutes to an hour.
3. Set Smoker/Grill temp to 215 degrees for low smoke/grill & Light Smoke tube if desired.
4. Kick up the smoker/grill to 400 degrees once the internal hits 115.
5. Next, place slabs of real butter all over the protein to melt & absorb into beef.
6. Once the Beef hits internal of 132, pull off smoker/grill and let sit for 7-10 minutes and squeeze lime juice over the top. "Slice against the grain." Dig in and enjoy!
