Ingredients:
Holy Smokers Spicy Steak or Ultimate Steak
3 oranges, juiced
2 lemons, juiced
4 limes, juiced
4 Cloves garlic, minced
1/2 Cup chopped cilantro
3/4 jalapeño, minced
1/4 Cup olive oil
1 Teaspoon Kosher salt
2 Pound Chuck Roast
How to make it:
- Rub the steak down on all sides with olive oil.
- Liberally apply Holy Smokers Spicy Steak to all sides of steak and add to a gallon zip lock bag.
- Combine all other ingredients into the gallon zip lock bag and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or 24 hours for maximum flavor absorbed.
- When time, remove from fridge and let sit for 30 minutes and apply more Holy Smokers Spicy Steak as needed.
- Start smoker/grill and set to 225 degrees. When grill is ready, lay the Chuck Roast on the smoker leaving minced garlic, jalapeño & cilantro on roast.
- Smoke/grill for 45 minutes to an hour. Pull off and kick smoker/grill up to 400.
- When grill reaches the desired temperature, sear each side of the steak for 3-4 minutes or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 135 internal for medium-rare.
