This is my go to for some fantastic pulled pork. Let the bark speak for itself after you try it. You cannot go wrong with this one. It gives that little bit of sweet that is needed on pork. Would give it 10 stars if I could.

I had a colleague over for supper from across the country. Recently we were on a work trip where he had his first tritip, shoe leather would describe what we were served that night. Haven’t had the opportunity to use it yet but the initial taste test was awesome as all the Holysmokea ribs have been. Looking forward to brisket competition in two weeks to give it go

The Hickory Bacon Burger Rub is yet another hit!!! I really like the extra flavor it gives burgers when I’m using the Blackstone and not the charcoal. If you haven’t already, you definitely need to give this one a try.
