Rajun Cajun Seasoning

I never need an excuse for Cajun/Creole food other than I'm hungry. This Rajun Cajun rub really brings things to a new level. I smoked wings for the Super Bowl and new with it being in New Orleans, I HAD to go with the Rajun Cajun. I was not disappointed. Spicy flair of this rub blended nicely with smoke. Then I made wing sauce and added about a tablespoon of this along w/ a stick of butter, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. The state of my belly turned out better than the game. I'll be making some jambalaya soon and you better believe this is going into the pot with the andouille and chicken.

Great cajun rub that is well balanced with a little back end heat. Not overly salty and can tell they used quality ingredients. Puts out some great color as well. Highly recommend this rub!

Getting this rub was the best thing I could ask for. Very season well and a hint of kick at the end. I made salmon pinwheels and chicken Alfredo with pasta. Both came out delicious and just the right amount of seasoning in my food. To my fellow peeps go try it out, you will thank me later. P.s. I'm trying it out on jerky later.
