Cherry hickory is my favorite pork rub! It has the the perfect balance of sweet and smokey. Layer this with bacon hog and you will thank me later.
A heavenly aroma for sure!
Really enjoyed this rub. Adds amazing flavor to so many types of meats. I've used on ribs, chicken breast, thighs and wings, pork butt and pork chops. A lot of flavor with being over powerful.
It's truly a Treat of that Cherry Hickory Sweet!
This is a great, balanced rub with a variety of applications. The cherries bring that sweetness with the hickory flavor and it's fantastic on pork. I used it on pork tenderloin, and it was quite tasty and really added to the color and appearance as well. I could easily recommend this rub as part of your utility belt for grilling and smoking arsenal. If you combine with a good sauce, maybe a cherry bbq sauce or a cherry cola injection for your pork, it would be a solid, layered, flavor profile. It gives a lot of versatility.

This is my go to rub on almost anything. It's great just by itself or good paired with a pepper based rub to give it a little kick of sweet.
