I made the Diablito chili lime hot sauce tonight, hands down, best hot sauce I've ever had. Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of hot sauces out there, but when the recipe is right here on this website and you can make it yourself. Makes it even better, every ingredient was easy to find at my local grocery store. Not only is this a great rub, but continued years of outstanding service after the sale is, what Nathan says, EPIC!
The Rajun Cajun has become one of my favorite on thick cut Pork Chops! Season it up and throw down into low and slow smoker for some juicy licking flavor. I pair it with the All Purpose.

I threw this rub on a tri-tip and baked it in the oven—not even the grill—and it still tasted like I stole it from a BBQ competition. Juicy, smoky, flavorful perfection. I never need an excuse for Cajun/Creole food other than I'm hungry. This Rajun Cajun rub really brings things to a new level. I smoked wings for the Super Bowl and new with it being in New Orleans, I HAD to go with the Rajun Cajun. I was not disappointed. Spicy flair of this rub blended nicely with smoke. Then I made wing sauce and added about a tablespoon of this along w/ a stick of butter, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. The state of my belly turned out better than the game. I'll be making some jambalaya soon and you better believe this is going into the pot with the andouille and chicken.
The perfect blend of heat and savory. Explodes with flavor goes on all kinds of things not just brisket.
Very well balanced rub. Sweet and savory and not overly salty. Layer this rub with cherry hickory and you will thank me later.
Cherry hickory is my favorite pork rub! It has the the perfect balance of sweet and smokey. Layer this with bacon hog and you will thank me later.
This is an amazing poultry rub. Nice and coarse. If you are a garlic fan this is the rub for you.
Great cajun rub that is well balanced with a little back end heat. Not overly salty and can tell they used quality ingredients. Puts out some great color as well. Highly recommend this rub!
