This such a great product. One of the great things about this rub and Holy Smokers rubs in general is its versatility. The picture is a tri tip smoked brisket style, using this rub. This goes well with any protein with you lightly cover some poultry or fish or really put a coat on for red meat, it's great. And course you could add to the green beans you're cooking on school night or corn or anything else. Again, a great product. And if you're unsure, get one of the free samples and give it try. If you do this, I suspect you'll ask to buy it the pound.

I wish I could say this seasoning sucked, but all it does it make me look like a pitmaster. Now my mother in law wont stop asking me to smoke meat for her. My neighbors you ask? Yea, they knock on my door at all times through day and ask me for my nuts, pecan nuts that is.
In all honestly though, this bbq rub or seasoning, whatever you want to call it, is perfect. It doesn't have an overwhelming pecan flavoring to it, but just right. It nails any cooks I've tried. It actually is the only way we'll make Pork Burgers now. OMGEEEE!
